I know Summer of Socks started yesterday, but I was trying--no, wanted to finish New Moon and Eclipse from the Twilight saga. What can I say? I love these books. I love these characters. And after looking around on the internet, I see that LOTS of other people love them, too. I can't wait for Breaking Dawn.
We got back from Myrtle this afternoon. G2's blisters popped. Yucky. Big wet spots on his shirt. The salt water from the ocean burned, though. Other than that, we had a good time. The boys start vacation bible school at my dad's church tomorrow night. It should be fun for them.
And no. No knitting whatsoever. Nada. Zilch. I feel like a bad "Summer of Socks"er.

I hope the kids enjoy VBS and the rest of the trip. I hate to hear about G2 blisters and the ocean water...I like the SOS pattern but haven't started on it (was hoping to knit it in the car) I can't figure out the best yarn for it and size, since on ravelry I'm reading they are turning out big lol.
